Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp Summary Our client is seeking Assemblers to help assemble and build forklifts that are distributed worldwide. This role works on a moving assembly line in a clean, fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. Candidates must be safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working overtime. This is currently a temporary position only with no hire-on opportunity. Responsibilities
- Assemble forklifts and sub-assemblies involving mechanical, basic electrical, and hydraulic components
- Work on a moving assembly line following prescribed process sheets and work instructions
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and simple schematics
- Perform quality checks and make final repairs as needed
- Move materials as required to support production
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Willing and able to perform the essential functions of the job
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
