We are currently hiring Production Workers for our Continental 2nd Shift in Woodridge. This is a hands-on position ideal for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule:

• Night Shift – 5 openings
  • 6p – 6am
  • Pay Rate: $19.00
  • Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off

    Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off (rotating schedule)
    

Essential Functions:

• Load/Unload products from feeder
• Pack finished product into sleeves
• Review product for quality
• Make boxes and load skids
• Maintain clean work environment

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to work an 8-hour shift standing
• Reliable with good attendance
• Background and DT screen required
