Customer service representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. This role involves contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. You will also refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2-4 years of recent customer service related experience required
  
  

Work Environment

Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
