Remote Partnerships Lead
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will lead the partnership strategy, managing existing relationships while identifying and onboarding new partners to support evolving priorities. Your work will involve collaboration across various departments to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of partnerships, negotiating agreements, and achieving defined targets. Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee a program or channel, executing partnership strategies.
- Grow strategic partnerships to achieve business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate deals to meet efficiency metrics.
- Define and measure partnership success and progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner onboarding.
- Drive revenue growth through existing partnerships.
- Solve complex problems to overcome challenges and barriers.
- Scout for new market opportunities and competitors.
- Lead projects aligned with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Operations.
- 5+ years of account management or marketing experience.
- 2+ years in Partnerships or Business Development, preferably in financial services.
- Expertise in user growth strategies and partnership models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Experience with marketing automation best practices.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment.
