Remote Partnerships Lead

In this role, you will lead the partnership strategy, managing existing relationships while identifying and onboarding new partners to support evolving priorities. Your work will involve collaboration across various departments to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. Accountabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Operations.
• 5+ years of account management or marketing experience.
• 2+ years in Partnerships or Business Development, preferably in financial services.
• Expertise in user growth strategies and partnership models.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Experience with marketing automation best practices.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment.
