Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Qualifications

Education (Preferred, but Not Required)

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience within a housekeeping or facilities environment preferred.
• Experience working in hotels, hospitals, arenas, office buildings, or other large facilities is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
• Ability to train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle guest or client concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities regularly.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move supplies or equipment as needed.
