Customer Service Representative
Job Description
The Customer Service Rep. Role is a key part of the process to insure customer orders and product troubleshooting is being taken care of. This person joined with a team of reps, will take inbound calls and emails from internal partners to support customer requests and service requests. They will help set up engineers to service the client, order replacement parts and look up information for internal partners and customers.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls. (10-30 calls a day + emails)
- Create service requests for repair, preventive maintenance, assist, Depot, and non-repair.
- Identify and report potential complaints per criteria on service orders.
- Pursue and dispatch service orders to Field staff within designated timeframe.
- Create Installation requests and coordinate hardware installation communication.
- Support Plasma Business Unit Hotline, completion of Service Orders and opening Hotline notifications for roll-over calls.
- Assist in maintaining Depot Daily reporting, and customer follow up.
- Perform data entry of spare service part orders, and FOC orders, and delivery complaints.
- Handle Spare Part expediting process via Late Transaction & Part Chasing.
- Perform Daily SAP Part Movement for inventory purposes.
- Creation and update of Preventative Maintenance Plans.
- Completion and maintenance of daily SharePoint requests.
- Perform daily/weekly and monthly reports in SAP.
- Creation of weekly on-call/vacation assignment schedule.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ year of customer service from an office
- 1+ year Data Entry - Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Excel
- 1+ year Phone Experience
- Basic Computer Skills

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
