Part-Time Administrative Support
LaSalle Network is partnering with a globally recognized design and technology company in the heart of Fulton Market to hire a Part-Time Office Administrator! This sleek, modern brand is known for disrupting the way we interact with everyday products—and now you have the chance to be part of that innovation engine.
This fully onsite, temporary position runs Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build administrative experience in a high-profile, fast-moving office. You’ll play a key role in keeping things humming during the busiest hours of the day.
Part-Time Office Administrator Responsibilities:
Receive and send packages, manage incoming mail, and keep the mailroom running efficiently
Maintain tidy and stocked common areas—think kitchen refresh, café cleanup, and supply organization
Pitch in on general admin tasks to support daily operations
Help coordinate and set up internal events, both big and small
Assist with vendor communication and logistics for meetings and office needs
Part-Time Office Administrator Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Clear, professional communication skills and sharp organizational habits
Friendly, dependable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
