BOH Cook

The BOH Cook will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Located in the heart of our operations, this position contributes significantly to our mission of transforming hospitality dreams into reality.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and present high-quality meals according to menu specifications.
2. Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure nutritional standards are met.
3. Assist in menu planning and development for various events.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
6. Provide excellent customer service during meal service.
7. Support catering operations as needed for special events.
8. Participate in training new kitchen staff.
