As a Talent Performance Coaching Manager Senior within PNC's Talent & Learning Development organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA ; Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Downers Grove/Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; OR Houston, TX.

This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint.

Job duties include, but are not limited to;

• Responsibilities include overseeing escalations, monitoring and analyzing case data, coaching and shadowing team members, and collaborating with partners to share metrics and enhance performance.

• Serve as a change agent by using data-driven insights to drive process improvements and support organizational transformation.

• Seeking candidates with proven management skills, strong employee relations knowledge, and the ability to quickly understand business operations.

Job Description

• Manages the day-to-day activities and strategic support of employee relations programs for an organization.

• Designing, planning, and implementing the organization's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures; ensuring policies are consistently applied as they relate to employee relations.

• Managing employee relations specialists and assisting the director in developing and overseeing organizational employee relations strategies, processes, and practices.

• Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment.

• Providing advice, counseling and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $187,200.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
