About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-surg Adult, Orthopedic Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Current Registered Nurse License Certifications: Current CPR/BLS Card, ACLS Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Med-surg Adult and Orthopedic nursing. - Current Registered Nurse license. - Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications. The role involves assessing patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Explanations and instructions will be provided to patients and their responsible persons. You must demonstrate the ability to use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions. Contributing to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict through professional communication skills is essential. You will meet responsibilities related to patient care measures. Participation in continuing education is expected. Maintaining complete and accurate medical records will be part of your duties.
