Butcher and the Bear is seeking a passionate and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are a high-volume, chef-driven steakhouse committed to exceptional food, consistency, and hospitality. • Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service.
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and food safety procedures.
• Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner services.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties.
• Ensure all products meet the restaurant's quality standards.

• Minimum 1–2 years of line cook experience preferred.
• Experience working in high-volume or upscale restaurants is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
