Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% onsite)

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys within a busy litigation-focused environment. This individual will play a key role in managing schedules, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving setting, communicates effectively, and is eager to grow professionally within a dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars for up to three attorneys
- Schedule client meetings, depositions, court appearances, and conference calls
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence and case documents
- Submit filings through state, county, and federal electronic filing systems
- Maintain organized digital and physical client files
- Support the broader legal and paralegal team with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with shared office calendar oversight and deadline tracking
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a legal setting
- Experience supporting multiple professionals with calendar management
- Familiarity with electronic court filing systems preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
