We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time , remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual based in Chicago, Illinois, United States . The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activities. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $35 USD per hour .

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Your key duties will include:
* Managing and organising diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
* Handling email correspondence, filtering information, and responding to enquiries in a professional manner.
* Preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and other important documents.
* Conducting online research and compiling data for various projects and client needs.
* Performing general administrative duties such as data entry and maintaining company files and databases.
* Assisting with the coordination of projects and liaising with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
* Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana.
* A high degree of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
* The ability to work independently, use initiative, and solve problems effectively.
* Previous experience within a creative or digital marketing agency is highly desirable but not essential.
