Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is based on experience ($145,000 – $203,000/year)
• Sign-on bonus - $10,000
• Relocation Assistance
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 80% (Employee: $83-$107 per pay period)
• Vision and Dental Insurance – Employee: $9.25 + $3.48 per pay period
• 18 Days Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities

• 4-day workweek
• Bread and Butter Dentistry
• Patients of all ages (75% Pediatrics)
• Average 16-20 patients per day

Requirements

• Clear and Active Illinois Dentist Licensure (Or Willing to Obtain)
• DDS/DMD
• Willingness to see children and adolescents
• New Graduates Will Be Considered
