Your Role as a Sales Representative:

As a key member of our team, you will be the face of GreenGrids Solar to prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-home and virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads.
• Educating homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
• Customizing solar energy systems to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Guiding customers through the sales process and financing options.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales role; solar sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
