Your mission
Guard product integrity in a high-precision manufacturing environment. Use your metrology expertise to verify parts, document results, and drive corrective actions.
Core impact areas
- Inspection: Execute in-process and final inspections on precision machined components
- Blueprint mastery: Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to confirm specifications
- Measurement: Apply micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other tools to validate critical dimensions
- Documentation: Maintain accurate inspection records and generate quality reports
- Quality actions: Flag non-conforming parts and partner on corrective action initiatives
- Collaboration: Work with production and engineering to reinforce quality standards
What sets you up for success
- 2+ years in manufacturing quality inspection
- Proven ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment
- Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
- Availability for 2nd shift
