• Run company-generated leads and develop your own through referrals and neighborhood marketing.

• Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail projects.

• Prepare detailed estimates and walk homeowners through materials, warranties, and insurance options.

• Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm accurate scopes and approvals.

• Build strong client and referral relationships throughout the Granite City area.

• Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events, including Chamber of Commerce and BNI meetings.

• Partner with real-estate agents, insurance reps, and trade contractors to grow referral channels.

• Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.

• Assist clients with color selections and contract finalization.

• Attend weekly sales strategy meetings with your Metro East team.

• 3–5 years of outside-sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.

• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

• Comfortable explaining insurance claim processes to homeowners.

• Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.

• Team-focused professional who values integrity and customer service.

• Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales.
