Associate Attorney
A well-established plaintiffs’ law firm focusing on personal injury matters, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and related claims is adding an Attorney to their growing practice in downtown Chicago. The firm has built a strong reputation for securing favorable outcomes and delivering client-centered, results-driven representation.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Conduct consultations, evaluate claims, and provide clear legal guidance with empathy and professionalism.
Pre-Litigation:
- Manage caseload from intake through settlement
- Draft and review demands
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with internal teams (case management, medical, insurance)
Litigation:
- Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Appear in court, arbitrations, mediations, and pre-trials
- Take cases through trial as needed
Communication:
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel regarding case progress. xrczosw
