Software Engineer - Product Owner Level 5
Staff Engineer (Level 5): Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12+ years of relative experience; master's degree in a STEM discipline with 10+ years of relative experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required at time of application. Must be willing to submit and pass a CI Poly after starting work Experience with Containerization, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Java, Atlassian tool. Experience developing in Javascript and helmfile, to the extent the candidate can troubleshoot issues, debug code and perform peer reviews. Understanding how to decompose customer requests into stories without formal requirements guiding the process. Leadership skills, including developing/mentoring a team using Agile methodology, process, and tools. A good understanding of system level software architecture and how the software is used in the mission spaces, understanding the best software development practices and the full software development lifecycle.
