Job Details

• Location: Peoria, IL
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Start Date: August 11, 2025
• End Date: July 26, 2028
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,350 - $3,180
• Salary Range: $32.61 - $49.28 per hour
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000 for experienced RNs
• Relocation Bonus: Discussed during the interview

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan
• Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification required prior to start date
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
• Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality competent care, following best practice standards and achieving care goals
• Assess, plan, organize, and direct nursing functions in collaboration with the patient
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and ensure accurate documentation
• Act as an advocate for patients and their caregivers, providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support
• Participate in quality and process improvements to attain clinical excellence
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with all policies and procedures
• Enhance professional growth by participating in ongoing education and keeping abreast of regulatory standards
