Multifamily leasing experience is highly preferred , but we also welcome candidates with experience in retail sales, hospitality, banking, wireless sales, or other customer-facing sales environments who have a proven ability to build relationships and close sales.

What You'll Do:

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
• Convert leads into leases through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, move-ins, and renewals.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Build relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and resident satisfaction.
• Partner with your onsite team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Sales, retail, or hospitality experience strongly considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
