About the role: Â The Senior Manager, FP&A will play a critical leadership role in driving the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions across all business units within the Consumer Products Division (CPD) at Culligan. This role is a key partner to business and finance leaders, providing key operating rhythms, financial insights and strategic recommendations to help drive business results within the division.
About the team: Â The Finance team is responsible for managing the core business and financial strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to oversee our financial operations and portfolio. Our efforts are centered on optimizing financial performance and ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial Budgeting, Forecasting and Long-range Planning processes for CPD, ensuring proper alignment with divisional priorities and Corporate timelines.
- Partner with the CFO, CPD and BU Finance leaders to implement rolling forecast for financial results.
- Own the monthly close process ensuring accurate reporting in the Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR). Influence key stakeholders, including the executive team, through compelling presentations and data-driven recommendations.
- Deliver insights into key financial performance indicators, identifying opportunities for volume growth and margin improvement.
- Partner with the accounting team to understand balance sheet trends and operational levers to improve accuracy of net working capital forecasts.
- Design and implement a monthly pacing process to understand the impact of changes in demand drivers, cost structure, etc. on financial results relative to Forecast, Budget and Prior Year.
- Work closely with CPD leadership to ensure financial alignment and optimal cost structure for CPD support function costs (i.e. Supply Chain, IT, Corporate Allocations, etc.).
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams, both in the businesses and the Global Supply Chain to ensure financial alignment and optimal cost structure to support business needs.
- Partner with the Finance, Supply Chain and Product teams to develop and implement a robust sourcing funnel process, ensuring alignment with key financial metrics.
- Develop and implement a CPD capital expenditure approval process.
- Champion continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to better support the organizationâs evolving needs.
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelorâs Degree in Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of FP&A experience.
- Strong decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven track record in translating detailed financial analysis into actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (IFS, Sage & SAP preferred).
- Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel as business need requires.

Target Salary Range: $145 - 165k per year plus bonus. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
