Transcend Creative Group, a division of Jackson Dawson, is seeking an In-Dealership Facilitator to champion a transformative cultural shift within luxury automotive dealerships in Chicago and the Midwest.
About the Role
This role is central to an innovative training initiative designed to elevate the standard of client engagement in the luxury automotive sector. Our client is redefining the sales and service experience, drawing inspiration from the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands to deliver an unparalleled level of care and sophistication.
Responsibilities
As a Facilitator, you will be entrusted with guiding dealership teams through a journey of refinement, ensuring every client interaction is meticulously crafted to exceed the heightened expectations of luxury clientele. Key facets of the luxury experience you will instill include:
- Impeccable attention to detail in every facet of the dealership environment and throughout the client journey.
- Proactive anticipation of client needs, ensuring each touchpoint is seamless and personalized.
- Delivering unexpected moments of delight that define true luxury.
- Cultivating a culture of readiness and poise in every client engagement.
You will lead both offsite and in-dealership workshops, working closely with management and staff to embed best-in-class hospitality practices and foster continuous improvement.
Key Duties
- Execute a set schedule of immersive training workshops at designated locations.
- Serve as the primary communicator and ambassador for the program within your assigned dealerships.
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to tailor the curriculum to unique team needs and drive actionable outcomes.
- Provide ongoing feedback, publish detailed assessments, and share best practices across the network.
- Facilitate dynamic, interactive sessions, drawing upon your expertise in luxury hospitality to bring concepts to life.
- Attend regular meetings, “Train the Trainer” sessions, and rehearsals as required.
- Ensure measurable enhancement in client satisfaction and dealership hospitality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality and the expectations of discerning clientele.
- Proven experience in facilitating high-impact training events.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
- Previous leadership roles and experience in luxury service environments are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- 1099 Contractor position.
