What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily account management and shipment operations across multiple customers
• Build, schedule, and track freight shipments
• Monitor and manage 100+ daily pickups and deliveries
• Communicate consistently with customers and internal Avenue reps
• Troubleshoot delays, appointment changes, and service issues in real time
• Ensure top-tier service and execution across all shipments
• Navigate multiple internal systems to manage freight efficiently

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in freight transportation (3PL experience preferred)
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Is detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership

The pay range for this position is $60,000-$95,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set and depth of experience.
