POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Title: HNW Tax Director or High Level Senior Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote/Hybrid Flexible)

Salary: Up to $225K+ (based on experience)

The Opportunity

Compensation Package:

• Base salary up to $225K+
• Discretionary bonuses averaging 8% (5-10% range)
• Profit sharing $3K-$10K annually
• Unlimited PTO policy

What You'll Do

• Lead complex tax engagements across high net worth clientele
• Manage and mentor senior-level tax professionals and growing teams
• Drive business development initiatives and client relationship management
• Oversee quality control processes and technical tax research
• Collaborate with partners on strategic firm initiatives and service expansion
• Client advisory role on sophisticated tax planning and compliance matters

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 8-10+ years progressive tax experience with leadership responsibilities
• CPA license (active and in good standing)
• Public accounting and/or RIA tax background with manager/director-level experience
• Strong technical expertise across High Net Worth individuals, corporate, and pass-through entities
• Proven track record in team management and client development
• Experience with complex tax scenarios and sophisticated planning strategies
