We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our growing sales teams across all locations. Whether you're new to automotive sales or an experienced consultant, you'll thrive in our supportive, performance-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers online, over the phone, and in-store in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the buying process transparently and confidently.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Work with management and F&I to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business.
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, inventory, and incentives.

What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with a passion for helping people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred, but not required we train the right people!
