Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required from any number of months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• 7 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Tracheostomy care/management.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Rehab/LTAC experience acceptable. Inpt MS experience.
• Preferred Skills: Peripheral Line Care/Management.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: May float to inpatient MS.

Other Requirements: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

3 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days. End assignment restriction: 7 days
