OverviewAs the GCRC Onboarding and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating staff into our national platform, ensuring a smooth transition from localized operating models. You will be responsible for creating and executing change plans, educating team members on our client-centric approach, and supporting leadership with people integration. This role is critical to fostering a cohesive and efficient operational structure that enhances the client experience.
How you'll make an impact- Change Management: Develop and implement change plans and content to support the onboarding of staff transitioning from localized operating models to a unified national platform.
- Education and Training: Educate team members on Gallagher’s operational philosophy, emphasizing our commitment to the client experience and supporting both internal and external clients.
- Leadership Support: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to facilitate the integration of people into our organizational structure and roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with training resources, provide go-live support, and engage with key stakeholders, including producers, service teams, and leadership, to ensure a successful onboarding process.

About You- 35-50% travel.
- Proven experience in onboarding, operations management, or change management, preferably within the insurance or risk consulting industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
