Pay: $23/hour plus overtime

We're looking for dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on work and have experience using tools in a production, assembly, or construction setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (overtime before shift)
• 8-10 hours of overtime available each week

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical products
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Assembly, manufacturing, construction, or related experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loves Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
