Summary

The Partnership Services Group provides a third-party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering a full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing registration settlements distributions fees allocations and statements. The department is responsible for client and investor document management processing research integration of new business quality checking of transactions and maintaining the register of investors in response to investor instructions working within all client service standards.

Working Model: Hybrid

We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.

Major Duties :

• Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
• Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
• Carries out co complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
• Displays a balanced cross-functional perspective liaising with the business to improve efficiency effectiveness and productivity

Knowledge :

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) is required
• Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Units goals resources needed and to assess and develop the skills of staff.

Experience :

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Related Industry qualification is preferred.

Salary Range:

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
