Our Real Estate Practice is highly regarded for its depth of experience, local relationships, and results-driven representation in all aspects of real estate law, including land use, zoning, transactional, and litigation matters. The firm is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Attorney with demonstrated experience in land use and zoning to join our dynamic Real Estate & Development group. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a seasoned team in a highly collaborative environment, advising clients on complex real estate projects across Long Island and the greater New York metropolitan area. - Experience representing clients before municipal boards is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to client service and long-term relationship building.
