Compensation: $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill set

LaSalle Network is hiring an Insurance Follow Up Specialist for a fully remote role supporting hospital and facility AR follow up. This position is ideal for someone experienced in resolving unpaid, denied, or underpaid insurance claims. If you’re detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently, this role offers immediate impact.

What’s the job?

• Perform insurance follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement

• Review EOBs and remittance advice to determine claim outcomes

• Research unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims and take corrective action

• Contact insurance companies to resolve issues and discrepancies

• Document activity accurately in Epic

• Work assigned AR accounts and meet productivity standards

• Escalate complex issues as needed

What’s needed?

• 2+ years in insurance follow-up, patient accounts, or healthcare AR

• Experience with hospital/facility claims

• Epic experience required

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Ability to manage volume independently
