Let’s be real: this is school lunch work — hands-on, essential, and team-oriented. Everyone contributes to all tasks, including dishes, trash, and cleanup. If you’re not up for that, this role may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable dishwashing, sanitation, and equipment cleaning standards.
• Support kitchen efficiency, composting, waste reduction, and cost-conscious practices.
• Assist with basic food prep, stocking, and daily operations as needed.
• Uphold food safety and contribute positively to the team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail (prior kitchen experience preferred).
• Resourceful approach to efficiency and supporting cost-effective operations.
• Genuine interest in regenerative food systems and school nutrition.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
