What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC milling machines (Doosan, Kia, and similar)
- Run 2 machines at once while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Perform drilling, tapping, boring, and turning operations
- Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Load/unload materials and deburr finished parts
- Make basic tool changes and offset adjustments
What We’re Looking For
- CNC mill or lathe operating experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple machines
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with Doosan, Kia, or similar equipment
- General machining or manufacturing experience
Work Environment & Schedule
- Clean, well-lit, organized production floor
- Climate-controlled facility
Shift:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
