Remote CSR Supervisor - Lawn Care
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customers via phone, SMS, and email.
- Address customer concerns, compliments, or complaints related to services or billing, ensuring resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge/background in agronomics, lawn care, or related field
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Basic understanding of lawn care is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
