• Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary

• Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

LaSalle Network is hiring a Financial Analyst – FP&A in Westchester, IL to support a growing organization’s financial planning and analysis function. This Financial Analyst – FP&A will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling while partnering closely with leadership and operations to provide insights that drive business performance.

What You’ll Do – Financial Analyst – FP&A Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles as a Financial Analyst – FP&A

• Analyze financial performance and provide detailed variance analysis against plan and forecast

• Build and maintain financial models to support financial planning and projections

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages

• Partner with operations leaders to analyze financial results and identify trends

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision making

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting tools and financial visibility

What’s Needed – Financial Analyst – FP&A Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst – FP&A or similar FP&A role

• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting or financial planning processes

• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and financial modeling

• Experience working with ERP systems or financial reporting tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills
