Busser
Job Summary:
The Busser plays a key support role in delivering an excellent dining experience by maintaining clean, organized tables and assisting the service team. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
Assist servers with delivering food and maintaining table service
Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
Remove trash and linen as needed throughout service
Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware
Support opening and closing side work
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
