Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Rehab Aide/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position performs receptionist duties to assist all the residents that reside in the community. This position provides support to the licensed professionals to enable them to effectively perform their duties.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Rehab Aide/Administrative Assistant:

• Scheduling patients for home health and outpatient appointments.
• Contact physician offices for referrals and assist therapists with emailing resident evaluation paperwork, as instructed.
• Communicate with residents and family members.
• Assist clinical staff with receptionist duties and other general office duties, as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to details when verifying insurances and maintain departmental records as directed.
• Sanitize therapy gym and equipment after sessions.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting
• Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals
