Locums Internal Medicine - Illinois (outpatient, Medicare-focused panel 65+)
Preventative care + longitudinal primary care in a team-based clinic
Mon-Fri, 8a-5p - no call , predictable weekday schedule
16-18 patients/day; chronic care mix (DM, HTN, CHF, CAD, HLD)
Strong onsite support: MA/scribe + RN + NP collaboration
Fast credentialing ( 30 days) with dedicated onboarding support
3-month minimum, continuity-focused assignment due to vacancy
BC IM required (FM considered per client) + active IL license
Travel/lodging options available for non-local providers
Easy start, well-supported environment-great for consistent coverage
