Physician

Saint Mary's Hospital in Kankakee, Illinois is currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join our established outpatient practice. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population.

Position Details

• Full-time, employed position
• 100% outpatient practice
• Open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians
• Monday-Friday daytime schedule
• No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
• Manageable patient volume to support quality care
• Supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Illinois medical license (or in process)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $275,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
