Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for outgoing, reliable, sales-driven Customer Service Representatives to be the face of our brand at the kiosk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to engage customers and promote memberships.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Greeting customers confidently and setting the tone for their visit.
- Explaining wash packages and actively selling memberships.
- Meeting daily sales goals and earning commission on every sign-up.
- Keeping lines moving efficiently during busy periods.
- Working outdoors and on your feet for most of your shift.
- Supporting your teammates to deliver a smooth, positive experience.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
- Are comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the sale.
- Have a positive, professional attitude (even during rush hours).
- Show up on time and take responsibility seriously.
- Enjoy performance-based pay and healthy competition.
- Can work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
Pay & Perks:
- $15/hr + guaranteed $5/hr commission for the first 90 days ($20/hr start).
- After training, top CSRs earn well above $20/hr with commissions.
