Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, support team development, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the overall success of the business. Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, this role is responsible for leading front-of-house operations, maintaining service standards, supporting staff performance, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the restaurant and rooftop venues.

The Manager serves as a key leader on the floor, helping create a positive team culture while driving guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a leadership role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with staff scheduling, labor management, inventory controls, and daily operational oversight

  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems

  • Health/Sanitation and alcohol awareness certifications preferred

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Hospitality or restaurant industry experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily front-of-house operations

  • Supervise, coach, and develop service team members

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling staff

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and effectively resolve guest concerns

  • Monitor labor performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency

  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures

  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and company leadership

  • Serve as Manager on Duty and provide leadership during service periods

  • Support the General Manager in achieving operational, service, and financial goals
