Data Entry Specialist
LaSalle Network has partnered with a Chicago-based aviation company that focuses on leasing commercial aircraft and engines to airlines worldwide. Their team is looking to bring on a skilled data entry clerk – who can assist with A/P and AR functions.
- Location: 100% onsite in Chicago, IL
- Compensation: $20-$23/hr pending experience
- Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision
- Entering invoices and payment data and keeping vendor records up to date
- Ensuring accuracy so day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Flagging discrepancies, supporting monthly reporting, and following up as needed
- Assist with maintaining continuity and keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Experience entering invoices, processing payments, or maintaining financial records preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up to ensure resolution
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with high-volume data and meeting deadlines
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
