Bilingual Warehouse Lead
Location: J oliet, IL
**Pay: **$25.00 per hour
Schedule Options:
• Full-Time: Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM + 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday. 3:45 AM – 8:30 AM
Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and **Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Lead **to support workforce attendance, recruiting, and onboarding operations. This role is ideal for someone dependable, organized, and willing to support both onsite operations and recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Check in associates at the start of shift
• Track and record attendance accurately
• Update attendance in Excel spreadsheets
• Send attendance reports to the customer
• Contact associates regarding call-offs and no-shows
• Document attendance updates in our internal system
• Recruit and source candidates as needed
• Conduct onsite interviews and screenings
• Support onboarding and new hire processes
• Maintain communication with associates and client contacts
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willing to recruit, interview, and support onsite operations
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience is a plus
