**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter potential issues at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
+ Observe and report any unusual activities, hazards, or persons on the premises to help to deter potential threats.
+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and law enforcement as needed.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least two years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
