Collector - Spanish Bilingual

Through immersive and encouraging training, we will provide you with guidance and supportive coaching on your route to personal and professional growth. This is a fully trainable, Full-Time position; no experience required!

Our Claims Recovery team is looking for organized, self-driven, and trainable individuals to join our Bloomington, Illinois office! A strong candidate will have the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish fluently , and is a team player with a positive attitude. Our Bilingual Collectors earn a starting base pay of $21.00 an hour plus uncapped commission. New team members typically earn on average $1,000 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.
