Experienced Lead Mixologist
Cut 158 Chophouse is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Lead Bartender to join our upscale steakhouse team. We’re looking for a polished professional who can elevate the guest experience, uphold our service standards, and lead the bar with confidence, consistency, and class.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft exceptional cocktails with precision and creativity
- Lead the bar team during service and maintain a smooth, efficient pace
- Deliver warm, refined, and attentive hospitality
- Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and inventory standards
- Train, mentor, and support bartenders and servers
- Uphold company policies, service steps, and operational expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume concepts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently
- Deep knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to excellence
- Availability nights/weekends/holidays
