Now Hiring: Lab Quality Specialist - First Shift

Are you detail-obsessed, science-savvy, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced lab environment? We're looking for a Lab Quality Specialist to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, components, and final products for quality and compliance.

• Perform lab tests using precision instruments.

• Record test results and report any quality issues or deviations.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality problems.

• Collaborate on product testing, validation, and improvement projects.

• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.

• Promote lab safety and follow environmental protocols.

• Approve materials and finished goods for release based on test data.

• Determine testing and sampling requirements for quality assurance.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years in lab testing or quality control (preferably in chemical or industrial manufacturing).

• Strong knowledge of GMP, lab procedures, and inspection methods.

• Associate's degree preferred; hands-on experience highly valued.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Work Environment

• First shift: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., rare Saturday overtime.

• Chemical lab setting with PPE and safety protocols.

• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wood Dale, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $34.00/hr.
