Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong collision repair skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform auto body repairs including disassembly, reassembly, and structural repairs
Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and parts
Sand, grind, fill, and prepare surfaces for refinishing
Use frame machines, welding equipment, and hand/power tools safely
Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with estimators and team members
Requirements
Previous experience as an auto body/collision repair technician
Knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to read and follow repair estimates and work orders
Strong attention to detail and quality
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
ASE or I-CAR certification
Paint prep or refinishing experience
