Retail Sales Specialist
Retail Sales Specialist candidates are organized, self-motivated and friendly. As a member of our Top-Performing Sales Team, you will work in Retail Sales with oversight and responsibility for increasing sales of our client’s products for leading brands. This Retail Sales position services and sells to retail accounts within an assigned territory, ensuring Client standards are met and sales volumes are increased. The ideal candidate for this Retail Sales position is independent, ambitious and driven to succeed with strong sales skills and the confidence to influence key decision-makers at the store level. Your typical day as a Retail Sales Specialist:
- Selling in programs/additional inventory, building displays and merchandising product to the shelf
- Connect with key decision makers (KDMs) in each store visit to create collaborative relationships
- Delivering on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) within each period
- Managing and traveling in your territory to achieve all store visits within each period
- Accurate and timely completion of reporting

Now, about you:
- You're 18 years or older
- Demonstrate ability to be coachable, outgoing, and a strong communicator (verbally and written)
- Demonstrates ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred: Have prior sales, merchandising, retail and/or CPG experience
- Can perform physical work of repeatedly moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Can use your company-provided tablet to record work after and during each day
- Have reliable transportation (including insurance) to and from work locations and ability to store company-provided display equipment
- Are a self-starter and willing to independently travel within your assigned territory
